About The Event

Prickly Monster Fest is on Saturday, March 28 at Procreations Brewing Co in Fresno, CA. The event is from 11am-4pm and it’s free to attend, family friendly, and pups are welcomed.

The event will feature an outdoor marketplace featuring vendors selling plants, cacti, succulents, pottery, gardening supplies and home decor. There will also be several food popups and trucks, along with a shaded outdoor dining area. The brewery tasting room will also be open, and their indoor lounging area will be open to all.

About The Event

We care about our vendors success, so we have a flat fee of $20 for a 10’x10′ outdoor space. These spaces are for vendors offering plants, ceramics, arts & crafts, gifts, home decor.

All vendor fees and deposits are non-refundable. Vendors will need their own tents, tables and chairs. Set up as many tables, shelves, display cases, or just set up a rug with a couch. It’s really up to you and your imagination.

Load-in Time: Load in time is at 9:00 A.M. Event begins promptly at 11A.M.

Load-out Time: The event will conclude at 4PM sharp, vendors should not continue selling after this
time. Vendors will have till 5PM to clear their booth from the venue.

Payment: Due with 24 hours of your application being approved. Do not send payment before you receive an approval.

Promotion

This event will be promoted via social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook. Other digital promotion includes our mailing list, Eventbrite posts and ads. The event will also be promoted with print posters at key locations such as nurseries and plant shops around the event area.

Vendor Release of Liability Waiver

We’re thrilled to have you join our event! Before we embark on this exciting journey together, we kindly ask you to acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the market/event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or property damage.
  2. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and discharge Procreations Brewing & Prickly Monster Fest, as well as its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the event.
  3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Procreations Brewing & Prickly Monster Fest, as well as any affiliates from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, that may arise from my participation in the event.
  4. Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by Procreations Brewing & Prickly Monster Fest for the event.
  5. Photography Release: I grant Procreations Brewing & Prickly Monster Fest the right to take photographs and/or videos of my booth and products during the pop-up market events for promotional purposes.
